Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how services provided by Hostiera may be cancelled, what happens after cancellation, and which services are eligible or not eligible for refunds.

Note: Cancellation only stops future billing. It does not automatically mean a refund.
1. General Cancellation Rules

Clients may request cancellation of any service at any time via the client dashboard (hPanel) or by contacting support. Requests must be submitted from the registered client account.

  • Cancellation applies only to future billing cycles
  • Outstanding invoices remain payable
  • Services remain active until the billing period ends
2. Shared & WordPress Hosting

Shared Hosting and WordPress Hosting services can be cancelled at any time. After cancellation:

  • No further invoices will be generated
  • All website data may be permanently deleted after termination
  • Free bundled services will also be removed
Data responsibility: Clients must take backups before cancelling services.
3. VPS & Dedicated Servers (No Refunds)

VPS and Dedicated Server services involve reserved infrastructure, licensing, and IP allocation. Therefore:

  • VPS services are not refundable
  • Dedicated servers are not refundable
  • Cancellations must be submitted before renewal
No Refund Policy: Once a VPS or Dedicated Server is provisioned, setup and infrastructure costs are incurred immediately. No refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
4. Domain Services (Strictly Non-Refundable)

Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are processed via domain registries and follow strict registry rules.

  • Domains cannot be cancelled once registered
  • Domains are non-refundable
  • Ownership remains valid until expiry
Cancelling hosting does not cancel the associated domain.
5. Add-ons & Licenses

Additional services such as SSL certificates, IP addresses, backups, and licenses may have separate cancellation rules.

  • Most add-ons are non-refundable once activated
  • Licenses remain active until expiry
  • No credits for unused periods

7. Forced Termination

Hostiera may suspend or terminate services without notice for abuse, policy violations, illegal activity, or non-payment. No refunds apply in such cases.
